BECOME AN APPRENTICE
What is an Apprenticeship?
Our hair, beauty and barbering apprenticeships are a combination of working alongside experienced staff in a commercial salon whilst studying towards one or more qualifications.
You will attend our Romford, Chelmsford or Benfleet training academy one day per week to study towards your NVQ and other qualifications that make up your apprenticeship.
We work with a number of Essex and London based salons so can support you to find your apprenticeship employer

Benefits of Employing a Hair & Beauty Apprentice
Employing an apprentice can reduce your staff costs, increase motivation and productivity and reduce staff turnover. Our innovative apprenticeship programme enables students to study unit by unit, allowing them to deliver treatments throughout their apprenticeship.
Incentive
If you recruit an apprentice aged between 16 and 18 you could be eligible for a £1000 incentive per apprentice. Please contact us to see if you are eligible.

Existing staff members may also be eligible for apprenticeship funding so maybe able to study towards the qualifications listed on this page.
