Level 2 Barbering
Qualification
This course is for those interested in cutting, styling and colouring the hair of men and boys. You’ll also learn about (and be tested on) other issues related to barbering, like hygiene, disposing of chemicals and working in a team.
With men putting almost as much effort into their appearances as women these days, the demand for skilled barbers to cut and style hair is on the rise. On this course, you’ll learn how to give client consultations, cut hair, trim and shape facial hair and shampoo and condition hair and scalp. You could also choose to learn how to colour hair or cut basic patterns in hair.

Aged 16-24
If you are currently not in education or employment you may be eligible to study to study your NVQ, Maths and English Qualifications alongside a work experience placement and training in employability skills.

£2600 Course Fee, payable in interest free instalments

Apprenticeships
If you are already working within the hair and beauty industry you may be eligible to receive funding for your course, speak to our team to find out how we can help you secure an Apprenticeship.
