The VTCT Level 3 Award in Education and Training is a qualification for those interested in a teaching career in further education or for those who have recently started teaching.

The VTCT Level 3 Award in Education and Training will enable the learner to enter teaching employment and progress on to a broader teaching qualification.
​
This qualification has been specifically designed for the 19+ age groups, this award is designed to equip a wide range of teachers/trainers and facilitators with the requisite skills and knowledge required to fulfil a teaching role. This course covers preparation, planning and basic course design. They will also gain teaching delivery skills and participate in microteaching sessions.

Duration
Home study - You can begin this course at any time. You will be allocated 3 months to complete your course. You will be required to attend one of our Academies 1 day per week.
